A budget and reliable option for those who want to try their hand at CrossFit with ropes. 100% polypropylene and polyester give a flexible (though not strong enough) surface to the rope. It’s quite durable, although we recommend exercising in the gym on a smooth surface. The manufacturer provided you with a small sleeve, but it’s too short to store the rope inside. This is just enough to reduce friction during anchor exercise or if you are attaching the rope to a wall mount.
The rope is standard 1.5 inches thick. That’s enough for cardio and arm and shoulder workouts. But heavier workouts for the abs and back or climbing require more thickness. However, for girls and athletes, this will be enough.
Separately, it should be said about the shrink caps at the ends of the rope. You can be sure they won’t come off. We still recommend using special training gloves to keep your hands from slipping.
We recommend acquiring this rope for the sake of rope training experience. So, you can figure out how comfortable it is for you and what you want to get out of these exercises.
