It’s rather a children’s version of a trampoline or for people with low weight. Despite the declared load capacity of 250 pounds, the trampoline starts bouncing with your body when you are only 140 pounds. Therefore, we wouldn’t call it a good athletic tool. Rather, it’s a fun and interesting addition to your home party. Which is also good!
But why do we recommend it?
We thought this would be a great addition to morning exercises or any other exercise for most kids. In addition to being fun, the trampoline is great for strengthening bones and stimulating the development of the muscular system. Therefore, if your child has nowhere to put energy, consider purchasing this trampoline for him/her.
Elastic bands are used at the base of the trampoline rather than high tension springs. This, of course, reduces the jump height but provides safety. The ribbons are covered softly so that the child’s foot doesn’t accidentally slip into the gap.
If you prefer to practice this equipment on your own, then we recommend using dumbbells for additional load on the shoulders and arms. The fact is that the rebound height isn’t too high, so it may seem too easy to an adult. However, if you don’t need a grueling workout, why should you take more?
